Utility Installation Appointment or Change of Name on Account (Price varies by utility)

IMPORTANT NOTE: In-person address changes (CFE and CEA), installation appointments (CEA), and cell phone plan set-ups will not be available July through September 2024 through The Querétaro Culture Corner. We will be happy to continue providing installation appointments for natural gas and Internet during that time.

Get an appointment to have a utility installed at your home, or the name on an existing electric or water installation changed. I will meet you at the utility office (for water and electric name change) to get the documentation turned in.

For natural gas or internet, you will not need to go to the utility office - I will make the appointment for the utility to be installed in your home.

This can be for internet, cable, cell phone, CEA water, CFE electric, Engie natural gas, or a cell phone plan. Please choose the utility company you need to contract or change. If the utility you wish to set up is not mentioned, please contact Jessica at the email below. The cost you pay here does not include any installation or name change fees, or other fees given by the utility company.
